The hotel was fairly clean with free Wi-Fi. Lovely staff always on hand. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious and brand-new room. Coffee, tea, and muffins available in the bar. Early check-in, parking on-site. Late check-out.

This place has a great and convenient location close to the cruise terminal in a good area.

The location is central, close to the convention center, and they offer a variety of breakfast options.

The staff were outstanding and the facilities were clean. The room of place was perfect and good with king bed.

Close to cruise port, $8 shuttle service, $7/day parking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, small restroom. Fridge, microwave, full kitchen. Working desk. Convenient location.

Kitchenette was nice.

1. Only one chair at table in a room for 2, 2. tiny bugs that I am sure I brought some home on counter top, in bathroom and on tv table. If u left any food out the bugs came out in hoards. My comment was" oh my God" 3. top and bottom on the beds creaked loudly. I changed rooms but was the same noise when you sat on the bed in all rooms. 4. Had to call ahead for the shuttle or you might not get it,

In a good location, shops and restaurants all around. Very close to cruise port and convention centre. Free muffins, cereal bars, and coffee for breakfast. Large bedrooms with a kitchenette. Free shuttle to cruiseport. Friendly staff. Launderette.

No safe in room. Lock on bedroom door did not appear to be very good. Air conditioning was very noisy.

I chose the hotel because of airport transportation. When I arrived and checked in I made it clear that I needed to leave at 7:00 am for the airport. I was advised that they had too many people going to the cruise ships at that time and they couldn't take me. I asked if I could go earlier and the manager serving me made a call and said that the driver would be in at 6:15 and I could go then if I wished. I confirmed that I would be there at 6:00 am to be waiting for the driver's arrival. I went to my room (it was not 11:30 pm.) At 12:07 I got a desk from the same manager who told me that they were sorry but the shuttle service doesn't start until 7:30 am and since it was first come, first serve I couldn't get on the shuttle likely until after 8 am
